A capability statement can take many forms and can vary depending on the industry, organization, and intended audience.

However, in general, a capability statement typically includes the following components:

  1. Header: This section should include the organization's logo, name, and contact information.

  2. Introduction: This section provides a brief overview of the organization, including its mission, vision, and values.

  3. Products and services: This section outlines the organization's offerings, highlighting key features and benefits. It may include information such as product descriptions, service offerings, and customer testimonials.

  4. Experience and expertise: This section details the organization's relevant experience, projects, and accomplishments in the industry. It may include information such as past clients, project summaries, and relevant statistics.

  5. Differentiators: This section highlights what sets the organization apart from its competitors, such as unique approaches or specialized expertise.

  6. Certifications and qualifications: This section lists the organization's certifications, awards, and other qualifications that demonstrate its expertise and credibility.

  7. Contact information: This section provides details of how to get in touch with the organization, such as a phone number, email address, and website.

A capability statement should be well-organized and easy to read, with clear headings and concise language.

It should also be visually appealing and incorporate the organization's branding and design elements.

Additionally, the statement should be tailored to the intended audience, emphasizing the most relevant information and language.
