Our marketing strategy workshop is a structured session aimed at helping businesses define their marketing objectives and strategies, delivered in-person in Melbourne, Victoria. For other states, an in-person session is offered however additional fees apply for travel.

During the workshop, we’ll guide you through setting clear marketing goals, profiling your customers, and defining your value proposition.

 

You’ll also work on creating a mission statement, vision, and values for your business. Please note this workshop focuses solely on strategy development and market analysis, but it does not cover topics like marketing channels, budgeting, or performance tracking.
