Real guidance.
Honest feedback.
Today, employers rarely offer the detailed feedback they once did, leaving candidates guessing about what went well and what didn’t. Without clear guidance, it’s hard to know whether you’re going wrong. That’s why we provide genuine, constructive feedback.
We help you understand exactly where you may be falling short and, more importantly, how to improve.
Be ready, for what they'll ask.
Because knowledge is power.
We guide you through the interview questions you’re most likely to encounter — from the classics to the trickier behavioural ones. You’ll learn what employers are really asking, why the questions matter, and how to answer naturally and confidently.
Mock interview preparation
During each coaching session, we make sure there’s time for proper mock interview practice. This gives you a safe space to test yourself and gain confidence. You’ll get to:
-
Try out real interview questions in a relaxed, supportive setting
-
Receive personalised feedback on what’s working and what could be stronger
-
Refine your answers so they feel natural and confident
-
Build confidence under pressure before the real interview
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more prepared, more comfortable, and ready to make a great impression.
Refine answers to commonly asked questions
We focus on the questions you’re most likely to face in interviews, including:
-
Tell me about yourself
-
Why do you want this role?
-
What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Our testimonials speak for themselves.
"Hey Matthew, I went for my second interview in February, using all the interview techniques that you've suggested and got the position! Thank you again for helping me on such short notice and giving me pointers. I'll definitely recommend you to others who needs a mock interview and will definitely see you again if I need one next time."
"I had two interviews lined up before I met Matt. I was slightly nervous prior to these. I met Matt and we went through a sample interview together. He gave me some really good feedback and tips to take into the interviews. I ended up getting offers from both companies!! Definitely worth the time. Thank you!"
"Before being called in for any more interviews, I knew I had to revamp both my CV and cover letter. I am so grateful to have carefully done the research for these types of services offered in Melbourne as not only did Matthew edited both documents however he even did research on what my ideal prospective employer is looking for and added and edited accordingly. What an effort that would've been however still did this as part of the service he offered.
I then decided to purchase an interview training session with him where he determined what areas I am weak in and from there he taught me how to structure a professional yet honest answer. Besides answers, he goes through body language tips and how to carefully express certain emotions during the interview. Shortly after I got called in for a job interview and got the job the very next day! Matthew, I will 100% recommend you to all of my friends and family - thanks again!"
