Client Centric Executive Employment Solutions will not be liable for the Client and the Client waives any right it has to claim, any loss of income, loss of profit, production, contract, customers, goodwill, opportunity or business, or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising under or in connection with the Interview Skills Coaching and Other Services including Writing Services provided for Jobseekers and Employers, or these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, in equity or otherwise.

Client Centric Executive Employment Solutions does not warrant or guarantee any outcomes, or the suitability of, the Interview Skills Coaching Services and any other services provided for any purpose;
Any advice or other information provided by Client Centric Executive Employment Solutions is not to be taken as legal, financial or insurance advice, and the Client will seek independent legal, financial or insurance advice from a suitably qualified advisor or institution, and will ensure that they seek advice, before implementing or applying any of the advice or information provided by Client Centric Executive Employment Solutions.
Changes. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes, modify the website including our services, pricing and contact details without any prior notice.
Refund policy. We do not give full refund due to our clients changing their mind or feel they made a wrong decision in utilising our services.
