  • Outcomes not achieved, including unsuccessful job applications or interviews.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees or statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

4. Suitability of Services and No Guarantee

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Client Centric does not guarantee or warrant any specific results or outcomes from any services provided;

  • The success and effectiveness of our services, including Interview Skills Coaching, CV and Selection Criteria Writing, and Capability Statement Writing and Design Services, may vary depending on individual circumstances and external factors;

  • Any advice or information provided is not legal, financial, or insurance advice; you should seek independent professional advice where necessary;

  • You accept full responsibility for reviewing and approving any materials we prepare before submission or use.

5. Independence and Non-Affiliation

For our Capability Statement Writing and Design Services, Client Centric Executive Employment Solutions maintains a clear and independent position in relation to any government institutions or private commercial entities.

Our business:

  • Has no formal relationship, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement with any Australian government organisation or private company issuing tenders;

  • Does not produce work authorised by, or representing the views or opinions of, any Australian organisation or companies issuing tenders.
