Should Every Business Have a Capability Statement?

We believe that it makes sense for every Australian business to have a capability statement so that they're in a position to promote and marketing their full suite of business offerings to prospective customers if and when the opportunity arises to do so.

The capability statement should be included as part of a business's everyday marketing toolbox that they can use to draw upon for business meetings, presentations, events, seminars, conferences, tender applications, business development activities and sales initiatives.

Your capability statement doesn't have to be extensive and longwinded. It can be short, like a 4-page document that gives enough information and detail about what the business does and why do business with you.

It doesn't matter how big or small your company is. From small business owners to large conglomerate organisations, every business can benefit from having a capability statement on file for prospective customers and suppliers.
