Every capability statement is going to be different, as the document needs to be tailored to the specific business and the audience it’s targeting.

A basic statement includes information about the company; this includes such things as, a company overview, core competencies, previous projects, major clients, contact details, etc. When deciding what information you are going to include, consider your target audience, what sets you apart from competitors and how you can deliver the outcomes.

Keep your statement simple and professional by using a visual design that reflects your organisation’s brand. A good quality capability statement is to the point and preferably tailored for each project that you submit for in the future.
