A Capability Statement communicates to potential customers, key stakeholders and suppliers about your company, what it does, and what makes it different, or unique. It defines the capabilities, achievements and skills of your business; it makes a clear picture of what you have to offer.

It helps you give general and specific information about your business, including company background, experience and areas of expertise that are particularly relevant and compatible with the requirements of the project or tender request.

Capability Statements help support your submission for a tender or project. The potential customer will use the information in the statement to help them decide if your business can meet project specifications.
