With years of experience preparing and designing bespoke capability statements, the team at Client Centric has worked with businesses across Australia's electrical services, electrical accessories, electrical wiring accessories, and IP-rated switchgear industries.
We understand how to present technical capabilities in a clear, professional, and compelling way, creating capability statements that not only reflect each company's expertise and brand but also support business development, tender submissions, and new client opportunities.
The Client
In 2020, Client Centric partnered with Advanced Electrical Equipment (AEE) to prepare, write, and design a professional capability statement.
AEE is a proudly Western Australian owned and operated company supplying quality electrical products across the residential, commercial, and mining sectors. With extensive local knowledge and strong supply chain partnerships, they provide reliable solutions for projects of all sizes.

Discovery & Planning
The project began with an initial consultation, followed by a series of meetings to better understand AEE's business, services, strengths, and goals. Working closely with the team, Client Centric developed a tailored structure and content plan to ensure the capability statement accurately reflected the business.
Content Development
Once the structure was finalised, we gathered key business information and professionally wrote all content for the capability statement. This included service descriptions, company information, capability summaries, and marketing copy that clearly communicated AEE's expertise and value to prospective clients.

Branding & Photography
To ensure the document reflected AEE's established brand, the capability statement was professionally designed using their existing colours, style, and visual identity. We also photographed AEE's premises and operations, providing authentic imagery that complemented the branding and showcased the business.
The Outcome
The completed capability statement gave AEE a professional marketing document that clearly presented their capabilities, experience, and services. The finished design aligned with their brand while providing a valuable resource for business development, tender submissions, and client presentations.
