Remaining calm in a job interview

So your in an interview and feeling quite nervous and uncertain. How can you remain calm in an interview setting in front of a prospective employer?

If there is a glass of water in front of you, feel free to take a sip to pause before talking. This is a way to help you gather your thoughts together.

Take the time to pause and slow down when making a response to an interview question.

Most importantly, breath every so often and not be in a rush to quickly answer your response to an interview question to get it over and done with.
