That’s why we’re proud to support the Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP) by providing a range of services to help families and partners of Defence members apply for jobs with confidence when relocating for their partners due to a posting change.

If you’re relocating due to your partner’s ADF posting, it can be tough to keep your career on track. That’s where we come in. Through PEAP Defence, eligible partners may be able to access support such as:

Whether you’ve got an existing CV or need to start from scratch, we make it simple. If needed, we’ll send you a questionnaire to help gather the info we need, and then get to work creating documents that showcase your talents in the best possible light.
Helping Defence Members Prepare for Civilian Life
If you’re leaving the military, chances are you’ll need a de-militarised CV and cover letter that speak the language of the civilian job market. We work with you to understand your experience, achievements, and career goals, and translate them into documents that truly market your skills to civilian employers.
We can also tailor your resume for different types of roles — for instance, if you’re considering two different industries, we can provide multiple versions that highlight the right skills for each.
