Being quick to forgive someone can make a big difference with resolving conflict in the workplace, creating a happier work environment.


Every issue needs a clear resolve that recognises hurt feelings and finds a solution that starts to mend them.


Apologise. By informing the other person you are genuinely sorry and mean it, and forgiving and forgetting will make a big difference in making sure that no grudges are being held.
