We provide a one on one interview coaching and training service here in Darwin via Zoom.
Our sessions are with an experienced and qualified Employment Specialist and are designed to help you gain the confidence needed to perform well at job interviews and be able to handle difficult questions.
We will also assist you with the skills to be able to present yourself in a professional and confident manner.
Our support and guidance will be tailored and specific to your needs and the kind of role or industry that you are being interviewed for.
Our individual coaching sessions generally go for 1 hour, however, we can extend this depending on your requirements. We also ask beforehand for a copy of your CV as well as details on the position you are going for or the range of roles you are applying for.

Matthew Coppola
Matthew Coppola is a highly experienced and knowledgeable career development and employment professional.
With his background in recruitment, training employment services and disability employment, Matthew brings with him many years of experience working with clients from all sorts of professions, from IT to finance, education to health care, as well as construction, warehousing, finance, engineering, sales, marketing and government.

John Coppola
John Coppola is an Engineering and IT professional with over 30 years of experience.
John has had an extensive career in the IT industry in which he has held a variety of technical and leadership roles for a number of major IT companies in Perth, where he has led large multi-disciplinary teams. Staff that he has mentored, guided and supervised range from project managers right through to software engineers.
John has worked in software and hardware development. He has managed multi-million dollar bespoke projects for both government and private organisations and has worked extensively in the mining industry.
He has held many senior roles and recruited many staff
during his career. He has also managed and mentored many teams and colleagues and is therefore well qualified to provide coaching advice for interview skills.
He understands how an interviewee needs to clearly express themselves to the interviewer in answering both technical and behavioural questions as well as in actually selling themselves for the position.

The process.
Step 1.
Call or email us to let us know about yourself and to advise us of a time/day that is convenient for you.
Step 2.
Send us your current CV along with links to jobs that you are interested in applying for, or if you have an interview coming up, please send us details of the role.
Step 3.
During the session, we will do one to two mock interviews or as many as time permits. Throughout the session, you will be provided with feedback and critique on how you are performing during the mock interview/s.
