Writer's picture: Matthew CoppolaMatthew Coppola

Now that you have identified your barriers, you don’t want to deal with them all at once, as this may be overwhelming and make it harder for yourself to resolve.

An excellent way to handle this is by dividing your barriers into groups and their priority. An example of how to you could group them is below:

- Barriers that you need to resolve before job searching.

- Barriers that can be resolved while preparing for job searching.

- Barriers that can be resolved while job searching.Barriers that you can resolve after employment.

By doing this, it will help you to know what needs to be handled first and what resources you require to be job-ready.
