OUTPLACEMENT AND CAREER TRANSITION
SERVICES
HELPING PEOPLE FIND THEIR NEXT CHAPTER.
A better way to move forward.
When roles change, how people are supported matters.
Careers aren’t always predictable. Sometimes roles end, structures shift, or organisations need to make difficult decisions. In those moments, what people remember most is how they were treated.
At Client Centric, our outplacement services give individuals the confidence to take their next step — and help organisations part ways with care. Through personalised coaching, practical guidance, and tailored career documents, we turn challenging transitions into new opportunities
"That was great. I think they definitely would feel supported with the content."
Manager, Open Minds
Support that feels personal,
because it is.
Real conversations. Genuine care. Guidance built around people.
Every person’s career story is different. That’s why we don’t use templates or offer generic advice. We take the time to understand each individual — their background, their goals, and the direction they want to grow.
Our services are delivered remotely and flexibly, including after hours, because life doesn’t operate on a 9–5 schedule. Support is available when people truly need it.
Interview Skills Coaching & Job Search Guidance
We help people build confidence by practising real interview questions — including common, behavioural, and role-specific ones. We also improve how they present themselves and communicate, so their answers feel natural and clear.
We teach practical interview techniques, show them how to use the STAR method, and help them manage nerves so they feel prepared. Alongside this, we guide them on how to apply for jobs, provide career coaching, and help them use SEEK, Indeed, and LinkedIn effectively — including how to connect with employers and find the right opportunities.
Professional CV and Cover Letter Writing
We create professionally written, tailored CVs and cover letters that bring each person’s strengths, achievements, and experience to life. Every document is crafted from scratch — clearly structured, keyword-smart, and written in a way that speaks directly to what hiring managers look for.
We take the time to understand each individual’s background and goals, ensuring their documents feel genuine, modern, and aligned with the roles they’re targeting.
Key Selection Criteria (KSC) Writing
Selection criteria can be a hurdle — especially in government and not-for-profit sectors. We break the process down, using the STAR method to turn everyday experience into concise, compelling examples that directly match the role.
LinkedIn Profile Development
LinkedIn is a powerful tool when it’s used well. We fully rebuild and refresh each person’s profile — from their headline and About section to their experience, skills, achievements, and overall presentation — so their professional story is clear and compelling.
We also show them how to use LinkedIn confidently: how to network in a genuine way, connect with the right people, and use the platform as part of a proactive job-search strategy.
What we deliver.
One-on-one support that helps people find their next opportunity — and feel confident pursuing it.
