Does including a photo in your CV make a real difference?

Whether to include a photo in your CV depends on what kind of job you are trying to secure. For example, presentation is everything if you want to work in the modelling and entertainment business. It makes sense then to include a photo of yourself.

For any other job, we think putting a photo on your resume may be unprofessional and may do little to support your employment application!

The last thing any job applicant wants is for them to be pre-judged by the employer/recruiter based on what or how they look.
