Keeping your CV up to date will help you to be ready to apply for that job you see advertised or comes to your attention.

Always have your most current position, training courses, qualifications, and referee information on your CV ready to go.

If you are adding a new position, make sure you place it on the top of the list so that your employment stays in chronological order, starting with your most current role.

When updating your resume, make sure you use present tense for current positions and change the other roles to past tense.

It is also essential to update your career objective, especially if you are wanting to make a career change or moving from administration to management.

Not updating this will likely make the employer think you are not interested or have a lack of attention to detail.
