A little bit of stress can be beneficial

and a great motivator, however, too much can produce tension, lead to errors, and trigger exhaustion. When you are overwhelmed with work, it can cause a broad range of problems.

If you or others are struggling with stress, then you should look into lightening the workload. You could find that there are tools and technologies you can introduce, which can make yours and the teams’ job more manageable. Also, make sure that regular breaks are being taken and that you have created a happy and healthy working environment for everyone.

Even the most successful businesses will encounter this problem from time to time, but they should know how to manage the issue when it occurs and take immediate action.
