Determining an applicant's viewpoint of their barrier
So, you've realised that a candidate has limitations or barriers and want to understand how the candidate views them.
What is a barrier for you, as an employer may not be for the applicant as they could be focused on other barriers they have and unknowing of the one that you see.
So that you know what their viewpoint is, direct your conversation towards the barrier. The applicant may be aware of the barrier, or they may not be aware.
